How it works
Every day you get one roll: a completely random numberplate from one of 35+ countries, each with its real format and look, weighted roughly by how many cars actually drive around there. A US state or German city plate is everyday traffic; Iceland is a treat, and — if the gods smile — Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein or a Vatican plate is jackpot territory. Every plate is scanned for over 100 patterns — palindromes, primes, meme numbers, words, Fibonacci numbers, vintage Dutch sidecodes and more — and every pattern found earns a badge, as does the country (and US state) itself.
Badges award EP (entropy points) in exact proportion to how unlikely they are: every badge has its own value, growing roughly ×4 for every ×10 rarer. Commons land between 150 and 400 EP, Uncommons up to ~1,600, Rares up to ~6,300, Epics up to ~25,000, Legendaries up to ~100,000 — and the Mythics (<0.001%) are worth hundreds of thousands.
Your total EP is compared against the universe of all possible plates to grade your roll, from Trash (bottom 1%) all the way up to Mythic (top 1%). Come back daily to keep your streak alive and complete the badge collection.
